The following, which had been read the third time and referred to the          
Judiciary Committee (page 1974), was again before the House:

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB
162(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of             
considering a committee substitute.  There being no objection, it was
